These Terms of Service govern use of The Redemption Project online store and related commerce services. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds, Shipping & Delivery, and Digital Products & Licensing terms.

Store services

The Redemption Project offers books, eBooks, online courses, digital resources, physical merchandise and related products. Shopify and other service providers may provide the technology, payment processing, digital delivery, course access, production, fulfillment and shipping used to complete transactions.

Product information and availability

We work to describe products, prices, sizes, formats and availability accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen or production process. Products and regional collections may be changed, limited, delayed or discontinued. A product is available for purchase only when the store and checkout permit the transaction.

Orders and payment

You agree to provide accurate billing, contact and shipping information and to use an authorized payment method. We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of payment failure, fraud concerns, pricing or listing errors, unavailable fulfillment, legal restrictions or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the transaction. If we cancel a paid order, we will provide the applicable refund.

Digital products and online courses

Purchase of an eBook, online course or other digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership unless the product listing expressly says otherwise. Unless otherwise stated, one course purchase grants one individual learner a non-transferable license to access and complete the course. Digital files, course access links, assessments and learner materials may not be redistributed, resold, publicly posted or shared across an organization without an appropriate institutional or cohort license.

Physical products and shipping

Many TRP physical products are produced to order. Production and carrier transit are separate stages. Shipping methods, rates and destinations are controlled by the options available at checkout for the products in the cart. International physical products are released market by market.

Promotions and discounts

Discounts and promotions are subject to their stated eligibility rules, minimum purchase amounts, expiration dates and product or market restrictions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes may not be combined.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, store text, artwork, designs, trademarks, logos, books, courses, digital resources and other original content are owned by or licensed to The Redemption Project and may not be copied, reproduced, sold or commercially exploited without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use the store to violate law, infringe another person's rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store security, transmit malicious code, commit fraud or misuse the services.

Third-party services

Some store functions are provided by third parties. Their services may be governed by additional terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control, except to the extent required by law.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
