U.S. made-to-order physical products
Most TRP apparel and merchandise is produced to order. For U.S. orders, we generally do not accept discretionary returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, color preference, or an incorrect size selected by the customer after production has begun, unless the product listing states otherwise. Please review the product description and size information before ordering.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items
If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing defect, is materially different from what was ordered, or an item is missing from the shipment, contact customerservice@theredemptionproject.shop as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photographs when relevant. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address, change an order or request cancellation. A request is not complete until we confirm it. Changes or cancellations may no longer be possible after production or fulfillment has started.
eBooks and other digital content
Digital files are delivered electronically. Digital purchases are generally final after delivery or access has been provided, except where required by law or where the purchased file or access is defective, unavailable, duplicated in error or materially different from the purchased listing.
Where applicable consumer law provides a withdrawal or cancellation right for digital content, that right remains available unless and until it is lawfully waived or lost after any required consent, acknowledgment, or commencement of digital delivery. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove a statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Online courses
Online course purchases provide access to the course identified on the product listing. If a course link does not work, contact customerservice@theredemptionproject.shop with the order number and course title so we can restore or correct access.
Course access is licensed to the purchaser and is not transferable unless an institutional or cohort license expressly permits broader use.
International physical products
Physical-product return rules may differ by market because consumer-protection laws differ. Before a regional physical collection is opened, the applicable return and withdrawal terms for that market will be published and will control alongside rights that cannot legally be waived.
Return authorization and address
Do not send a physical return without authorization. Contact customer service first so we can confirm whether the item is eligible for return and provide the correct return destination for that product and fulfillment partner.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when available. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post a completed refund.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
