The Redemption Project is launching the store in the United States first. Digital products do not require physical shipping.
eBooks and online courses
Active TRP eBooks and approved general online courses are available electronically. Digital products are delivered through the method stated on the product listing.
Physical-product availability
TRP's U.S. apparel remains staged until production and fulfillment routes are approved. Only physical products that are active and accepted by checkout are available for sale.
U.S. physical shipping rates
When U.S. physical products are released, Standard shipping is $8 for eligible carts below $70, Free Standard applies at $70 or more, and Express is $15. Final availability and charges are shown at checkout.
Production time and carrier transit
For made-to-order apparel, production and carrier transit are separate stages. Express shipping is a carrier service after fulfillment; it is not a promise of immediate production.
Orders with more than one product
Items supplied through different partners may arrive separately and may receive separate tracking notices. Digital products are delivered electronically and do not arrive in a physical package.
Tracking and delivery problems
For a dispatched physical order, follow the shipment information associated with your order. Contact customerservice@theredemptionproject.shop with your order number if tracking is missing, an address needs correcting, a parcel appears lost or an item arrives damaged.
International release
International physical and regional store releases remain staged until their supplier, pricing, tax, shipping, returns and tracking checks are complete.
