Pricing and checkout

Product prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Shipping charges, taxes and any other applicable charges are shown at checkout when required. The total presented for confirmation at checkout is the amount due for the order, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel an order that cannot reasonably be fulfilled, that presents a fraud or payment concern, or that contains a material listing or pricing error. A paid order that we cancel will receive the applicable refund.

Physical products

Many apparel and merchandise products are made to order. Production and shipping are separate stages. Fulfillment availability, shipping methods and final delivery charges are determined by the options available at checkout for the products and destination in the order.

Digital products and courses

Digital products are supplied in the format or access method stated on the listing. Unless stated otherwise, a digital purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license and does not transfer copyright. One course purchase licenses one individual learner unless an institutional or cohort license expressly provides otherwise.

Promotions and discounts

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, expiration dates and product or market restrictions. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, promotional codes may not be combined.
